I chose this picture over the other ones I took because to me it was such a beautiful picture. The eye is perfectly in focus and acts as a mirror seeing how you can see me taking the picture with the camera as a reflection. I went with my subject to a forest on a sunny day so that i could get good light. I then got him to kneel down so i could get at the perfect angle i needed to to take the picture. What stands out the most to me are his long eye lashes. The details of them are very defined. What leads your eye around the picture is the fact that the area around the eye is out of focus but also the bright green and blue colours of the eye and bacground leaves. If i could give this piece of artwork a title it would be 'Through the looking glass'. I would title it this because they eye acts like glass showing reflection, which to me shows deeper meaning that you cant always judge something by first glance and you really have to look. Those are my feelings about my favorite picture chosen for hands and eyes.
